Customer Service Advisor

•To prepare property inspection reports for corporate clients detailing the condition of the property.
•To obtain desk top sales and rental appraisals of properties through extensive internet and telephone research.
•To provide comparable evidence to support appraisals.
•To proof read all reports and quality check the presentation, content, grammar and punctuation.
•To monitor the SLA timescales and ensure that reports are completed and issued to the clients on time.
•To build a relationship with the supplier and monitor their performance against target.
•To provide weekly updates on progress to clients and CSMs.
•To ensure that all internal processes are followed and all notes are kept fully on the internal system for the team and department.
•To build professional relationships with dedicated clients and ensure weekly reports are completed to a high standard within a strict timescale.
•To ensure instructions are closely monitored within the network to ensure we are giving the best service to our clients.
•To provide accurate property reports in order that properties can be managed effectively.
•To provide accurate property reports and advice to clients to assist in their purchase of investment property.
•Ensure that all documentation, SLA and statute requirements are met in the correct time frame.
•Be committed to achieving or exceeding own, team and Corporate Lettings targets.
•Minimum of grade C or above in GCSE, (or equivalent), in Mathematics and English Language.
•Excellent PC and related technology skills.
•Excellent letter writing skills.
•Good analytical ability.
•Ability to stay calm under pressure.
•Customer service skills
•Experience in a Customer Service environment
