However, the buyer pulled out after a few weeks, but I was assured by Tom and Ben that they would find me another buyer soon! Efficient, Knowledgeable and they deliver.

It was my first time dealing with Barnard Marcus agency in Surbiton. Tom, Ben and their team did an excellent job in securing a buyer for my property within a week. However, the buyer pulled out after few weeks but I was assured by Tom/Ben that they will find me another buyer soon! Fantastic service from start to finish. The team at the Surbiton branch gave 100% commitment to selling our home and was always available to help and advice. Katie at the New Malden branch was amazing and always at the other end of the phone when I needed her . She made the whole process go as smoothly as it could, reassuring and advising when needed.
