our Bebington branch Jones & Chapman, Bebington, is headed up by Clare Beattie, Branch Manager and Lister, who has over 18 years experience in the industry. As a team, we offer energy and enthusiasm whilst always adopting a proactive approach. The Sales team operates across Bebington, Spital, Port Sunlight, New Ferry, Bromborough and Eastham and has two negotiators ( George and Amy) who pride themselves on understanding the specific needs of our customers.

The Lettings team is headed by Katie Cook. They work hard to offer advice on how to present your property, give free market appraisals and are experts in finding the right tenant for your home. Our team aim is to provide outstanding customer service for both landlords and tenants. We go above and beyond from viewings to the final stages of referencing to remove all stress throughout the entire process.

We sell and let in Spital, Bebington, Higher Bebington, Port Sunlight, New Ferry, Bromborough, Eastham and Ellesmere Port.
